Modifies the Arcane Veil / Hardened Veil talents so that they can be 2 per encounter or modal.

This was originally uploaded as a separate mod, but it seems to have gotten deleted; therefore, I've taken the liberty of re-uploading it for download in case anyone wants to use it.
This mod modifies the Arcane Veil and Hardened Veil talents in one of two ways:
1.) It changes the talent so that it can be used twice (2) per encounter.
2.) It changes the talent so that it is a Modal ability.
To install, simply place the files from the downloaded zip in the following folder:
{Pillars of Eternity installation directory}/PillarsOfEternity_Data\assetbundles\prefabs\objectbundle
Confirm overwrite, and once you boot up the game, you should be good to go. I've included the original files in the zip file, but always remember to back up your files, just in case!
