Solved for Leopard skin for main character only (WARNING: not sure if it bugged, it's your risk). I've been considering that as well. It won't work directly, as they change the same .unity3d file.
One of the modding tools, the "Asset Viewer", allows for the swapping if dds texture files, if the files are of the same size. Assuming the the author of this mod used this method..it may be possible to pull the dds out of this mod and pop it in the other, thus having the best of both worlds.

Great reskins thou - as soon as my gog version gets the hotfix I'm going with panther reskin. Totally love this one and Timber Wolf.
