I was annoyed by the lack of portraits to match the orlan avatars, so I made a few. I created these for self use, but thought I'd share them. They're just edited and recolored base-game images, nothing fancy.
Find your "PillarsOfEternity_Data > data > art > gui > portraits > player" folder and move the unzipped images into either the female or male folder inside to use.
