The plugin has been rewrited, so I hope you can use any of game-version. I have tested with 3.07.0.1318 \ 17317 (Please read the mod page, because mod loaded over Vortex Extension)

Are you still working on the update for the latest version of the game, I hope so, really dislike camping supply system. Latest game build is 1.3.8 1318 Definitive edition

Bug, crash issues: The mod based on a version specific DLL that creators of the game (and the engine owners) also updates occasionally. Hence the mod only works with this original version of game.
About IE Mod: I'm going to collect information about and create a environment for develop to create a IE Mod compatible version of this mod.
