"Fixes" implementation of acid damage and Regeneration Torsos

Mod is just a couple of (configurable) tiny changes right now.  I'm not convinced these are actually fixes, but they seem more logical.  They both make the game a bit easier.  For PhoenixPointModLoader.

Acid damage (that one you never use because it wasn't good, is good now)
Vanilla:  first turn takes only armour, second turn takes HP.  Acid politely waits.
Modded:  first turn takes all damage, against armour first then HP.  Pandoran melts.

The game describes Acid Damage:
At the start of a character's turn, acid will eat away at the body part.  First, the body part's armor is affected, and reduced by the Acid value.  If there is no armor left on the body part then the damage is applied to Body Part Hit Points and to General hit Points.  After all acid damage is resolved, the acid value on each body part will reduce by 10.

Regeneration Torso
Vanilla: mutation heals 10HP/turn in combat and zero outside of combat.
Modded:  squad soldiers with this mutation heal to full HP after a mission is completed.
