   Does this mod work? Seems like it's a bit of a mess. I'd rather not start a new game just to find out the mods broken.

      we need just copy "mods" into
      X:/ steam /steamapps/common/PhantomDoctrine/IWTB/
      for example :
      X:/ steam /steamapps/common/PhantomDoctrine/IWTB/mods
      in mods, you see the name of the mods in a file
      inside the name the files are what changes
      example X:/ steam /steamapps/common/PhantomDoctrine/IWTB/mods/Heartbeat perk CIA only/
      DT_AgentBackgrounds.csv as the modified file
      any mods have his proper name into "mods"
      example X:/ steam /steamapps/common/PhantomDoctrine/IWTB/mods/new mod/
      and inside modified files *.csv
      
      However with this version you must install only one
      use Heartbeat Sensor perk KGB and CIA replacer , it will work
      
      I'm going to put another version, which works with an existing game
      with a single file

      Thanks for the mod Mortis, are you still planning to create a mod for existing game? I'm 20+ hours in and I hoping I don't have to restart. Thanks

      Yes , with Phantom Doctrine 2, probably!
      No there is no problem, unless you use another mod that modifies the same files.
