Modified how Dash, Shield and Wait combat actions function.

Wait: 
Is positional on the timeline and can overlap existing actions, move and dash will still snap to the end of a Wait action

Dash:
Is now a single line action, shield and attack can be used while dashing. Watch your heat as the indicator isn't very accurate with this

Shield:
Reduced the time for shield to 1 sec from 1.7

If you don't like any of these changes then open these folders and delete the unwanted action file -

Folders:
Modified Combat Actions > ConfigOverrides > DataDecomposed > Combat > Actions

Files:
dash.yaml
shield.yaml
wait.yaml

HOW TO INSTALL

Step 1. Load the game for the first time, then exit.

Step 2. Locate the PhantomBrigade folder in C: <UserName>/AppData/Local (not your Steam folder)

Step 3. Unpack the Zip directly into this directory, it will come complete with a Mods Folder and a Settings Folder. (If asked to overwrite, only do so if you've never installed any mods before as this will overwrite your mod.yaml with a new one)

Step 3A. If you already have a Mods Folder just copy the Modified Combat Actions Folder over to the existing Mods Folder

Step 4. Boot the game and locate the Mods Option in the Main Menu.

Step 5. Select the Mod and Add it to your Config.

Step 6. Select Save Config and Restart your game.
