I am having issues getting this mod to work.after I've extracted the zip file to the main directory of the game, and run the install cmd file it isn't working. The game is no different with the mod installed. is there any settings i have to change, or am I doing it wrong?

Do you remember what it said when you ran the patch? It should've opened a console window beginning with something like Applying binary patch... --------------
