Stop The Cheater [STC] 
With this modification you are able to fight back the cheaters by slowing them down. All the cheaters that you will encounter in the game will be forced to enter slow motion mode (0.05) times the normal speed.
You can toggle the mod on and off with a simple keybind that you have to bind by yourself. When you toggle it back on, all the cheaters in the lobby will re-enter the slow motion mode.
List of cheaters that can get slowed down:

• Ingame anticheat tagged
• Pd2stats flagged
• Too many skill points users
  

You can turn off any of the cheat tagging at any time. So you can use only the ingame anticheat or only too many skill point lookups, it is entirely up to you how do you set it up.
