Changes the Hitman Deck to provide a 20% dodge bonus instead of a 20% armor penalty.

The Hitman Perk Deck sucks, we can all agree on that. This mod fixes that (sort of) It replaces the 20% armor penalty from the perk deck with a 20% dodge bonus. Not only does this make the perk deck suck less, but it also fixes the somewhat limited perk deck options viable for dodge users. Before you call it a cheat, remember that if people really wanted to there's nothing preventing them from downloading *the* cheat mod: I'm just trying to change the game up a little bit.
Be warned: it doesn't change any of the menu text, but it works in game.
Requires the BLT hook, found here: http://paydaymods.com/download/
Drag and drop the file into the mods folder in your Payday 2 directory.
Let me know if you think it's overpowered or underpowered: nothing is set in stone.
Update 1.1: Added a 10% armor penalty because it seemed OP for armor builds. Also I changed the file structure around so it's harder to futz with.
