      Yep, just don't use the weapon Little Friend, because you'll get a cheater tag, but you can use the perk deck and character without any problem.

   For anyone who is wondering
   You can get a similar thing to Kingpin by just using Copycat with everything set to health
   since you still get the 80% more health

      if you play CC kingpin like it's normal kingpin, you're going to die a lot. not recommended. it's so much worse.
