Dodge builds, yay!
So, after playing on Death Sentence loud with a few different "optimal" builds, I said F$ this, I dont want to keep doing the same -shoot twice, find cover and wait for my armor to regen before shooting again-. I want to be like Neo, stop bullets and then kill a Zealdozer with my fists. I can't do that tho since, first, there's no such a thing as stoping bullets mid-air in this game, and second, doing overdrill would be faster than slapping one of those guys to death.
And I hear you say: -What does this story has to do with this mod?
Answer: -Nothing, the mod makes bullets afraid of hitting you so they always miss.
V1.1: Now the two-piece suit also gives you more armor than the I.C.T.V. because why not. Carrying bags should be faster if you have the Transporter skill aced.
V1.0: Gives the two-piece suit more dodge than what you will ever need.
