Basically, you have to duplicate the parts where you want to have your caustics and combine them to one mesh. I recommend using a cube mapping for the UV. With this tool you can create your caustics sequence. https://www.cathalmcnally.com/news/free-caustics-generator/
The blueprint will create a new shack alpha material instance and assign the textures after each other. Just drag the blueprint into the scene and assign your Caustics mesh as static mesh. Then you have to add 16 elements to the texture list and assign the textures.
