Just a Texture replacement for the Plague Cloud. I've zipped both folder it needs to be in and texture, so you just need to unzip it, then copy and paste into the file directory of: Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pathologic Classic HD\data
Regardless of how you downloaded Pathologic you just need to slap the texture folder into data and you should be good
