Nice work, the map mod in patho 1 really helped the frustration factor. Thankfully 2 wasn't as bad but this is still a good help to avoid frustration.
Thankfully in 2 you can climb some things and some walls as well, though they're not on the map. Most random objects can be jumped on top of and the slanted walls can be climbed on by jumping into them. I think the one that most people use is the notkin skip from the factory.
That's strange. Do you have any other mods installed? Have you updated to the most recent version on Steam, or are you using the GOG version (or is your copy perhaps pirated)? There's unfortunately not much info about mod troubleshooting when it comes to Pathologic. There must be some kind of conflict in the files or some issues with texture rendering. (maybe something to do with your GPU? idk)
It seems you've had issues with many other mods for Patho 2 as well, which makes me think the issue might be on your end. I'd recommend either verifying your game files on Steam (will delete any mods you have) or reinstalling the game in a safe location.
