About this mod
As the title says, 256px npc textures replaced by ones in the 1024px range.

Hah, I made this mod under Pathfindermodmaker name, but I cant login there anymore, so here it is the new version with bugfixes
The textures are here:

I did not test this extensively, so please report bugs or missing textures.

Installation with update:
Install the little with umm or by unzipping it to "...\Pathfinder Kingmaker\Mods\" folder.
Then you unzip the big one into the "...\Pathfinder Kingmaker\Mods\" folder.
This is how it should look like:
