The following can settings in UMM.
*Free Respec
*No time loss for Respec
*Cheep Cost Mercenaries (=250*Lv)
*No Penalty Mercenary Advisor
*Telepathy Anoriel (Respec in Rogue Like) (Default disabled)
*Item sort by price per weight (Default disabled)
*Building full price exchange (Default disabled)

Respec is no cost.
*No time loss for Respec
Remove elapsed time (1 day) by Respec.
*Cheep Cost Mercenaries
Lower the cost of hiring mercenaries. ( 250 * Level )
*No Penalty Mercenary Advisor
Remove mercenary advisors penalty (-4).
*Telepathy Anoriel (Default disabled)
Press P at the start hub of Rogue Like mode or the throne room of Story mode to bring up the Anoriel dialog. This allows you to respec your character. Default disabled, Can be changed from UUM to Enable.
*Item sort by price per weight (Default disabled)
Override the original sort type to perform a sort by price per weight. The notation on the game screen remains the same, only the sorting process is changed. Can be changed from UUM to Enable.
*Building full price exchange (Default disabled)
Sell a building at its full value.
