Two voice sets that I made for myself while playing a goblin that I thought I'd share. The voices are taken from Total War Warhammer. I made sure not to have any lines that mentioned Gork or Mork. I left in a couple of mushroom lines for flavour. There are lines that mention goblins and gobbos specifically so the packs are suited for goblins only, but could be tweaked for any race.
One voice set is for a melee/stabby goblin, the other is for a magic using goblin (but still includes some stabbing lines).
Both sets replace the madman voice set, so pick the one you want to use.
Install folder: Pathfinder Kingmaker\Kingmaker_Data\StreamingAssets\Audio\GeneratedSoundBanks\Windows
