I can confirm it does work on single player. i just updated all of my modding related files as it has been outdated for some time now but there haven't been any issues there except for on multiplayer servers, i'm trying to find a fix for this but it doesn't seem like it will be anytime soon due to the changes they have made.
Well I see Gantz been banned for some reason, was looking for one of his mods but they been taken down, geuss he isn't allowed to upload new mods of the same without updating is older versions or so, but I could be wrong, don't really know why he got banned, was also looking for condenser mods, but I been using this one so far with succes using the 1/1/1/1 version.
Shinygati , First of it all, I owe you an apologize. At the moment of my first message, I was angry because I lost my entire gameplay due to corrupted files after the v2.0.1 update. Over 200 hours with many Luckies and high-powered Pals. Many mods I was using for some reason got deleted from nexus or banned. So I couldn't fix my game due to corrupted files being loaded in my save. that SUCKED. So, when I was rushing every single mod again in a clean install I got distracted and placed your mod inside "~mods" folder, and that was my mistake. I completely forgot your mod works under "Logicmods" and just today I figure that out and got it working again. That being said, I'm sorry for my behavior trying to make a joke.
Mod is working like a charm and thank you so much for this, that mod is a life saver for some like me. I work on construction over 13hrs a day Mon-thru-Sat, and I only get to play a few hrs on Sundays. So, being able to upgrade my pals in no time instead of wasting 2 weeks grinding is priceless.
Again, my bad, my mistake for not paying attention. I get that.
Since the last update this mod has been confirmed to no longer be working correctly. I'm aware of these issue and unfortunately it may take some time to have a fix ready due to the changes made, for now it still works fine on single player but going forward servers are most likely going to need this installed with the same values once i'm able to fix the issues.

idk how its working for some people and for others not, weird
Currently, only once a pal is fully condensed, 4 star, they get +1 work skills to whatever they are.
I was thinking a mod that combines your numbering system, with perhaps something like "every star condensed is +1 work skill" or something similar.
Great mod though, use it daily :D

It's working on singleplayer, just follow the instructions.
