      no, the RNG one is simply everything + books
      The books, well, it's books only, I did that one as an request

      Are the percentages in the books the same as those in the RNG?

      Made the version you requested, only touches the RNG from the dungeons because they still have the 0.1% chance, the new stuff all have real chances

    Is this work on dedicated server without client side or both?

      Can't test this on my side , I play on an private server with my friends and all my mods are just stuff I make for then made public, anything that alter loot and pals seems to be host sided so everyone needs it

      In this case, everyone needs, the only kind of mod I know only clients needs are things like model swaps and skins

    How can we tell if the mod is working? Is it just if Palworld doesn't crash on launch?

      That's actually an great way to tell , since its not an mod that changes something that can easily be seem like changing an drop from 1 to 3,
      worst RNG it affects is the chance to get an technical work book from any dungeon final chest, from 0.1% to 10%
