Is this saleable or can we edit the files ourself? If not, Could you please let me know what the ratio is? 1 for 1 would be ideal so a 10x length would result in 10x results.

the reward seems to be much greater than the expedition time, I should receive the equivalent of going 20x on the expedition but I'm receiving something around 50x

If it doesn't work, you installed it wrong, so check the installation location.
If it doesn't work for newest version of Palworld, there may be a mod update. If there is no mod update, it is working normally.
