What that's crazy, how did you get this to work? When i made my curve i kept getting negative number problems. But when i tested yours i never got them once, i made it to 61 before my game decided i had enough fun playing and crashed.
It's not like your curve is always above the exp the game has too, by mid game your values are much less than the games default values, yet theres no negative numbers happening
Could you make crafting exp become zero? Since the game makes it work outside the base, even if you modify XP curve, it is still really easy to level.
I have tried to edit [BuildEXP/CraftEXP/PalBuildEXP/PalCraftEXP] in DT_PalExpTable.uasset & [CraftExpRate] in DT_ItemRecipeDataTable.uasset, but useless.
You can do this through this settings editor mod https://www.nexusmods.com/palworld/articles/180 In the .json change the float on line 117 to "0" and the boolean on line 118 to "true"
I just tested the method I suggested again to confirm and I am getting 0 exp from picking up items and 0 from crafting. Either you installed it incorrectly or edited the .json incorrectly
the lower lvls are a pain to get through. need to change the curve for lower lvls and flaten it for higher levels taking several in game days to get to lvl two is to much. if you could provide a chart of vanilla and yours that would be great so users can decide when to install your mod. like get through lvl 20 then install your mod where the vanilla curve starts to jump etc...
Wow! Thanks for doing this! I actually finally decided to get setup to start modding palworld specifically to make this mod. I got hung up at launching the PDK, lots of popups saying that the plugins were for UE 5.0 when the documentation on the pw modding wiki says to install 5.1.1. Kind of got busy with other things and haven't had a chance to go back and figure it out.
I make mods for some other games and typically I try to make mods that are more of balance mods that don't necessarily provide some sort of cheat like many mods do, this is right along the lines of that. I'll give it a test on my next run through and give some feedback. Did you modify how much exp is required at each level to increase the lower level requirements and decrease the higher level requirements by chance? That was the approach I was planning on taking. Also by chance do you have the original and altered values in a spreadsheet? I'd love to see the original and new graphed curves.
After a bit of testing I like the idea but despite me being masochistic as hell when it comes to leveling, I think the curve is too flat lol. After playing for like 4 hours I haven't even gotten to half way through level 1

And many people said the code has been changed in feybreak version
🤦♂️Are you sure you are under LV60?
