Adds the new Technique books that increase the work suitability of pals to certain bosses.

Do you want to use any Pal in your base without needing to grind for impossible drop rates?
Well, now certain bosses can drop 1/2 technique books per kill!
There are also optional files with different drop rates and files with boosted blueprint drop rates.
I wanted to use smaller pals on my bases but i didn't want to just increase their skills, so having to farm bosses seemed a bit more balanced.

Not compatible with other mods that edit the pals drop tables, DT_PalDropItem_Common.uasset
Installion:
unpack into your palworld root folder, the workbookbossdrops_P.pak should go into Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks\Mods
For dedicated servers or coop only the host needs the mod installed.
