yes. You can use the DEBUG version, it will create a .TXT with the names in your language for all skills you already earned. So you just copy the names in your language and replace in json file ;)
Mod works perfectly, but it appears the Spark spell CD is reduced to 1 second from 3 without doing any adjustments in the file. (Unless it was changed in a patch, but the Wiki claims the CD is 3 seconds)
Be sure to change it back if that's what you wish, 1 second Spark and Sigil of Fire is crazy.
I really want to try this mod, but I'm already exhausted figuring out what the problem is. I did everything as in the instructions, unpacked the files from the mod into the Outward \ Mods folder, but whatever I did, I can't fix this line from the text file LogOutput - [Error: Partiality Wrapper] Unhandled exception loading "Joew's Outward Skills CoolDown [email protected] "! All BeepInEx and Partiality-Wrapper files are the newest, I don't know what else I can do. Help me, I beg you ...

1- Are using the Mono branch of the game? 2- Are you using the 64 bits version of BepInEx: BepInEx_x64 ? 3- Are you launching the game from Steam or GOG launcher? 4- Unblock the dll: JoewOutwardMod_CustomSkillsCoolDown.dll if windows blocked it: https://www.limilabs.com/blog/unblock-dll-file? 5- Verify if the folder and files are not read-only files. If true, launches steam/gog launcher with admin privileges.
Those are all things i can remember you could check. Try and tell me if worked, please.

If works, you can enable one other mod with this and check. If it's all right, you enable one more. If get error, the last mod you enabled for sure is conflicting with others mod. Its a little work, but idk another way.
Thank you so much for the advice! It helped a lot, it's a pity the truth, but I had to delete absolutely all mods. I noticed that I made a mistake when downloading the PartialityLauncher file, although I should have downloaded PartialityWrapper.3.0... PartialityLauncher essentially breaks BepInEx so nothing worked, after downloading the launcher, in principle, nothing else worked for me. I did not notice any more conflicts between files or other mods. The mod is great, it became much more fun and dynamic to play with it, thank you for your answer and for your help! Mod does not function for me. Other mods work. I'm on outward mono version. Partiality wrapper, bepinex, and sideloader all downloaded today so very up-to-date. Followed all directions.

Idk about sideloader, but if you're using latest BepInEx with latest BepInEx-Partiality-Wrapper, the only change is that you have to extract from my mod zip both: JoewOutwardMod_CustomSkillsCoolDown.dll and JoewOutwardMod-CustomSkillsCooldown.json to the folder: Outward\Mods\ I tested today and worked fine!

Just to be super clear with anyone else having problems: don't put anything in BepinEx plugins like other mods. Both mod files (.dll and .json) just go straight into Outward/Mods.
I apologize if I didn't understand your instructions... I would like to edit the cooldown for the push kick ability you start off with in the game, but am unsure of how to do that. Is that something you must add support for? Or can I simply put that in under others in the JSON file?
Im not quite sure why this mod is not working for me. I followed every instruction to the letter, even making sure my game was in fact running in english. All the BepInEx stuff is installed including the sideloader, and the wrapper. However while i have tried using the mod in partiality it still doesnt work there either. Json files are also in the correct place "\steamapps\common\Outward\Mods" the mod still doesn't have the changes in game. my current version of the game is also in [default-mono], not sure if that has an effect.
I got the same issue. After digging a bit deeper, I just found out that the partially mod wrapper in the link is no longer working with latest patch.They just released a new patch and once I installed it, everything is working again.
Can you point me in the direction of the necessary wrapper? I got the 2.1 release, but I can't seem to get this mod working (which is so sad, it's amazing). I put the config file into Outward/Mods, and the .dll into Outward/BepInEx/Plugins, but it throws an error in the log file and doesn't change any of the cooldowns. :(
