This mod does exactly as the title states. With this mod downloaded it will remove the requirement for Fire Stones, and Ice Stones when dropping a sigil. You will still lose mana when dropping any sigil. But I have taken the liberty to lower some of the mana cost, and cool downs for each sigil.
