Hey! I was just wondering whether you could somehow further increase the distance from which enemies can detect you. Also, do you know if this works with Custom Game Stats?

Could you be more specific with which enemies or do you just mean all of them? I'm in the middle of picking where to put some enemies and also making a new category.

It can be increased further, there's no hard upper limit for vision and hearing range, the problem with increasing them beyond where they are now is that enemies aggro on eachother just the same as they do towards players. I initially tested it with much longer range, but the different groups of enemies ended up killing eachother before they ever became a threat to me. It made the world feel more empty since a lot of the time I'd wind up only fighting the weakened survivors.

I just checked and yes it's compatible with Custom Game Stats.

Very interesting. Does it interact with stealth or the improved Stealth Training skill?
I ask because the stealth mechanic in Outward is pretty dodgy. Sometimes with normal stealth you can virtually stand on top of mobs, other times with improved Stealth Training you get spotted a mile away.

It doesn't modify those skills, but it does work with them.
I haven't done any testing specifically with those skills enabled, but glancing over them they modify things on the player side of things, while this modifies stuff on the enemy side. With enemies having increased detection capabilities, they should make a more reliable and noticeable difference now.
