I installed this mod but while it did reload in place as hoped, it unfortunately deleted all my items on reload. This happened even when doing the quick-save and load options. It also teleported all my past (empty) backpacks to me on reload 😆. So, sadly, not really usable for me.
i think it's been abandoned. so sad that this mod is really good and helpful, at least on paper, if not for the bugs. i'm just glad i didn't use it after i'm far into the game.
Sadly, doesn't work at all. No errors, no crashes. I see mod settings in BepInEx configuration menu, but they do nothing, except: 1. Pause button hides, but all other buttons do not hide if disabled in settings. "Save" and "Load" buttons do not appear in menu. 2. If Quicksave and Quickload keys enabled in settings, then "1" and "2" keys begin to work strange - hitting 1 will instantly quit to menu, hitting 2 will bring SideLoader menu. Thus making use of respective quickslots impossible. 3. AutoPause setting does nothing (game should pause when option menu shown with this setting, right?)
yeah this. also no mod conflict as this exact behavior happens when this is the only mod installed. the logs also spit out nothing where its obvious that its related to this mod. Although I don't experience the second point. Adding on to point 3: non of the settings made in the Configurator for this mod seem to do anything not just the autopause. for other mods it works so not the fault of the Configurator.
The bug where your items disappear in the starting home is still present though. If that happens, just delete the latest save game in the folder: "Outward \ 765... \ Save_... \ 2022..." and continue from there. Saving occurs relatively often, therefore you shouldn't lose too much progress.
Hello and thank you for your mod! Could you help me? I have the game installed through Steam and I have switched to the mono branch. I have installed Thunderstore and r2modman, I have installed BepInEx and SideLoader through r2modman, and I have extracted the contents of ReloadOnDeath zip into my installation folder. However, I still don't see the quicksave/quickload entries in controls. Can you help me? Thanks!
Mod trouble please help! item price helper and reload on death dont work together for some reason, iph works through modman manager and rod works on normal exe.
This thing wrecks my additional quickslot mods (which isn't that suprising, cross-mod compatibility is a meme after all), but man is it great. It's the only reason I managed to beat royal manticore with fire rags and horror greatsword, with no gay traps or 0 damage built. Had to deactivate it after skilling up, but still, kudos for this UrbanVibes. You made something really useful for outward.

If you run into the bug that items disappear: this bug is probably still present, although I never had this issue in any of my playthroughs.
Losing all items on reload.

Could you check if you have any error messages in BepInEx \ LogOutput.log related to the Reload on Death mod?
