1. Create a Mods\ Folder in your steamapps\common\Orcs Must Die 3\OMD\Content\Paks\ folder
2. Place 500-GreenTide_P.pak or 500-GreenTidePlus_P.pak into your Mods folder but not both!
3. Run the game!

Uninstallation:
1. Remove the file from your Mods folder


Compatability:
So, this mod likely won't work with anything tweaking enemies, traps, weapons or heros some textures
I've not tested mind.
