Could you PLEASE make a video tutorial of how to do this. I have been trying for days and making no progress. I can extract the texture with FModel, but I can't put it back into the game. I've watched many videos that only tell you how to extract the image. I've searched google, forums, discord chats. I've followed poorly worded/flawed/outdated guides and still, no luck.
I just want to take a texture and put it in the game on minions like you did.
so is this just mark 1 or the finished product. are you going to make it more refined by adding things like the gnolls skull on its head and maybe the armour from orcs must die 2?
I think a before and after image would be great addition to the mod page here. With the enemy preview of the different maps, it should be relatively easy to pull off.
Edit: The only problem I see is that now both the normal archer and dynamite archer are yellowish.
This only affects my game ofcourse? so my friend won't need it aswell right? I don't use .pak files much, only offline so its just a texture replacer and won't do anything?
That's correct, visual only, and the changes are only visible for the player who has it installed. You can play with others, and unless they also have it installed, they'll see the default enemy textures
