This pak SHOULD be in a zipped form. Extract/Unzip the file if so. Then, drag and drop the GatheringOfCrows_p.pak mod into the Octopath paks folder! This should be accessible by going to steam > right click game > local files > browse > Octopath_Traveler folder > Content > Paks.
Otherwise, this path should work too: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\OCTOPATH TRAVELER\Octopath_Traveler\Content\Paks
There also contains a save state RIGHT before the boss (Save slot 15). To add to your save files, simply go to Documents > My Games > Octopath_Traveler > The file with a lot of weird numbers (In my case, 76561198397691119) > SaveGames
Otherwise this path MAY work
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\Octopath_Traveler\76561198397691119\SaveGames
