Compiled all manners of game settings, edited for Game Settings Loader by powerofthree, for you to edit as you please.
Also added a default configuration for UE4SS Game Settings Loader by Godschildgaming :)
The files contain descriptions for what each setting does, for easier customization.
Note: not all of them have been tested, be cautious with it. Not all of them are even known!
I welcome all of your help to expand this to even more settings and how each values work!
The mod comes with a full FOMOD for selecting many options for various settings! Choose your own configuration, or just go with my own recommendations while installing (default choice) :)
The settings available are as follow (you can opt out of any of these):
- Alchemy Potion value
Options: 0 - 0.5x - 2x - 3x - 4x - 5x - 10x
- Arrow Speed
- Faster arrows (more realistic)
- Rifle-like speed
- Slower arrows
- Auto lockpick chance of success
Options: 0% - 10% - 30% - 50% - 65% - 90% - 100%
- Body count
Warning: untested: will affect performance but I don't take any responsibility for this breaking your game
Options:
- Lower amount of bodies
- Twice more bodies than vanilla
- About 3 times more bodies
- Extreme. You can literally stand on top of piles of corpses.
- Breath tweaks
Options:
- 0.5 times vanilla, starts at 2 seconds at 0 endurance, to 17 seconds at max endurance
- 2 times vanilla, starts at 8 seconds at 0 endurance, to 68 seconds at max endurance
- 3 times vanilla, starts at 12 seconds at 0 endurance, to 100 seconds at max endurance
- 4 times vanilla, starts at 16 seconds at 0 endurance, to 136 seconds at max endurance
- 5 times vanilla, starts at 20 seconds at 0 endurance, to 170 seconds at max endurance
- Higher base, vanilla increase per endurance
- Much higher base, half increase: Starts at 60 seconds at 0 endurance, to 75 seconds at max endurance
- Infinite breath (starts at 1000 seconds at 0 endurance, ends at 101000 seconds at max endurance)
- Cell & vendor inventory reset time
Options: 1h - 12h - 1 day - 2 days - 1 week
- Crime alarm
Options: 500 - 1000 - 5000
- Crime bounty amounts
-Balanced settings: some give higher bounties, others less
-High bounties for crimes: all crimes give more bounty
-Low bounties: lowered all values to half of vanilla
- Crime disposition penalties
-Balanced settings: some give higher disposition penalties, others less
-High disposition penaltiesfor crimes: all crimes give more disposition penalties

- No degradation

Vanilla: 3 hits
Options: 1 - 2 - 4 - 5 - 10
- Fatigue regeneration delay
Vanilla: 2 seconds
Options: Instantly - 0.5s - 1s - 3s
- Health regeneration delay
Vanilla: 6 seconds
Options: Instantly - 0.5s - 1s - 2s - 3s - 4s - 5s - 10s - 60s
- Magicka regeneration delay
Vanilla: 2 seconds
Options: Instantly - 0.5s - 1s - 3s
- Magicka regeneration tweaks
- Leveling tweaks (faster or slower)
Options:
- Faster: Leveling will be quite a bit faster
- Slightly faster: leveling skills and player level will only be a little faster than vanilla
- Instant: Leveling will be instant, or extremely fast... Use at your own risk!
- Slower: Leveling will be slower than vanilla
- Map marker distances on the compass
Options:
- Reveal map markers from about 30 paces away, see markers about 200 paces away
- Reveal map markers from about 50 paces away, see markers about 250 paces away
- Reveal map markers from about 20 paces away, see markers about 125 paces away
- Reveal map markers from about 15 paces away, see markers about 100 paces away
- Reveal map markers from about 5 paces away, see markers about 50 paces away
- Pickpocket tweaks
Options: Balanced (slightly easier) - Trivial - Easier - Hard
- Repair hammer break chance
- High break chance (slightly less than double vanilla)
- Low break chance (about half of vanilla)
- Repair hammers don't break
- Skill-based break chance: higher risk at first, but armorer skill has more effect
- NPC socialization
- Very social, see NPC Socialization Tweaks , the settings are pretty much spot on
- Less social
- Asocial, no one greets the player
- No one talks
- Spellcasting speed
Options: (fast) 0 - 0.1x - 0.5x - 0.75x - 2x - 3x - 5x - 10x (slow)
- Spell effectiveness values
Vanilla: between 70% and 95%
Options:
- 20 - 80
- 25-75
- 50 - 90
- 50 - 100
- 60 - 100
- 75 - 100
- 90 - 95
- 90 - 100
- Spell skill level requirements
In vanilla, the BASE COST of the spell is considered, e.g. if the base cost of the spell is higher than the apprentice threshold but lower than journeyman, it will be an apprentice-level spell
Options:
- Half vanilla
- Twice vanilla
- 3 times vanilla
- 5 times vanilla
- 10 times vanilla
- 10000 times vanilla, basically disabling the check for skill level
- Spellmaking costs
Options: No cost - 0.1x - 0.2 - 0.3x - 0.5x - 0.75x - 0.9x - 1.5x - 2x - 3x - 4x - 5x vanilla cost
- Maximum summons
Options: 5, 10, 20, 100
- Training per level
Options: 0 - 1 - 3 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 50 - 1000
- Training costs
- Weapon drop chance
Options: 0% - 10% - 20% - 25% - 30% - 50% - 75% - 80% - 90%

Allow crafting potions while in combat
Allow recharging enchanted weapons while in combat
Allow repairing while in combat
Max Potions at Novice: 4 -> 5
Max Potions at Apprentice: 4 -> 6
Max Potions at Journeyman: 6 -> 7
Max Potions at Expert: 6 -> 8
Max Potions at Master: 10 -> 10
I added a couple files, with all vanilla default settings in optional files. Feel free to use either one, and edit them as you please.

Installing with a mod manager is STRONGLY recommended!
Manually:
- Download the main file
- Extract the main file archive into the appropriate game folders:
the OBSE.ini files should end up in Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\OBSE\Plugins\GameSettings folder.
the UE4SS.ini files should end up in Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\GameSettings folder.
- Open the ini file in any notepad editor to customize the values if you like. I recommend Notepad++ because it formats ini files nicely.
