Increases the power of all soul gems. Three versions; x2, x5, x5 but OP grand souls. Optional files for more charges and stronger constant effect enchantments.

Makes all filled soul gems stronger for enchanting
Main Files are:
-x2 power values
-x5 power values
-x5 power values, and grand souls x10000
Optional files add a flat boost to all player made constant effect enchantments. Meaning on a shield enchantment that's normally 10% with a grand soul, the +40 version will make it 50% shield. A shield enchantment made with a petty soul will go from 6% to 46%. This will affect all CC enchantments.
More charges increases the charges on your weapons, but also decreases the cost of all spells by the same multiplier. This will make potions stronger and spells cheaper, and cheaper spells means less XP.
Optional files can be used with main files.
Place in steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data.
Edit Plugins.txt with "StrongerSoulGems.esp" at the bottom.
