i can't believe i played 70 hours of this game with blood totally turned off because i thought "no blood effects" in the options only referred to the horrible, obnoxious, immersion ruining camera-coat effect. as if eyeballs behave like lenses or eyeglasses... if i had that much blood on my eyeballs after every fight i would be spending more time rinsing my eyes than fighting smh...
was wondering why the game seemed so PG-rated lmao
is this one that removes blood splatter entirely? or only HUD overlay effects? I got a weak stomach and my bf really wants me to try this one after I liked skyrim lol
Is there any way to make the blood splatters stay longer? I mean the splatters/decals that appear when you hit an enemy. They disappear in like 10 seconds, which is very fast. I would like to make them last for at least 10 minutes, or forever.
To be honest I like the new splatters, they are not over the top and look realistic, but I get you. It's always good to have more options to please everyone. Something like Enhanced Blood would be dope (I mean the mod which Skyrim, Fallout 3, New Vegas, Fallout 4 and Starfield have)
I appreciate the mod, but I believe screen blood can already be disabled under the Gameplay/Accessibility options in-game. The low health border as well (as a separate option). Apologies if this does more or I misunderstood; just wanted to let people know in case they hadn't found it themselves.
I completely missed that, thanks for letting me know! Will remove.
Edit: Actually I'm going to leave this up for people that want to remove one or the other. Since the in game "Blood Splatter" setting forces you to disable both.
