   Does the night eye work on non khajiit characters?

      It should, I do not see a reason why not. Khajiits lesser power = 30s Night Eye i think. This one is permanent so long as worn.

   You said these are essentially rings, do they take up the ring slots?

      No. They are rings but don't take up the slot. You can have multiple of them of different types at once stacking their buffs along with your own ring.
      
      So yea, practically "Blessings", I originally thought of naming them as Divine Rings, but I decided to just not give them the ring slot so I can use multiple.

   Hello!  This won't work for me.  I'm not sure if it's the update or I'm doing something wrong but they are not in the tree stump after installing :/

      Sorry, error on my part, I didn't save the plugin.txt after adding.  However there were only 2 items in the tree stump (Blessing of Invisibility and Blessing of Regeneration).  Thanks.

   Installed the mod today and so far there are only 2 items in the tree stump (Blessing of Regeneration and Blessing of Invisibility)
