Fixed missing unknown record in TESREdit. Fixing door double effect.

Removed Faction reference back to Non - DLC reference. Yielded more constant results with new game. Door should always be unlocked now.

Updated a few more records adding DLC Frostcrag to file as master. Scaled doors some for existing saves to have access. (Not works on existing saves but due being a persistent record you will have double doors). New saves should have no issues testing next.
