Thanks for your work and sharing!

Damn, why is it only in First Person?
I would gladly Endorse and give Kudos, but I never use First Person.
Sadly can't use without 3rd Person Support, I'll Track and hope it gets updated.

Is there a setting I can adjust to make the cues display for a couple of seconds longer?

Would be cool if the other Oblivifall mods made it here as well

This is great! Anyway you can implement a line to indicate to players dungeons that are tied to quests? I find that I'm conflicted on exploring because I'd rather wait to do a dungeon if it's associated with a quest but I can never tell. Maybe something like "I shouldn't be here yet" or  "Something's telling me to come back at another time".

An og Oblivion mod marked these quest-related dungeons by planting flowers outside the entrance (https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/40436), but I think a text-based integration with this mod would be super sick.

Im pretty sure it doesn't matter cause all locations reset every 3-7 days. They aren't like Skyrim where they become "cleared" and break quests.

An absolutely essential immersion mod; with the caveat for folks to remember downloading the [NL] remover mod on here, it's a no-brainer endorsement.

It's this mod, fixes issues with folks modifying values or something like that (I'm a modding neanderthal): NL-Tag Remover. Make sure to download the Script Extender mod, too.

Even with NL remover, I still get NLs at the beginning of all text that this mod introduces.
Does this mean that I need to change the load order of the .esp? To right underneath the DLCs or at the very bottom of the list?

Maybe! I'm not certain. Do you already have the script extender installed?

Edit: Nevermind, saw your other comment in the thread; that's irritating, I wish I had a better troubleshooting answer! Maybe OP will check in at some point?

This is great, but why do all the lines that are added have (NL) in front of them? Kind of breaks the immersion a bit.

You'll want the NL remover mod.

Thanks a lot for this! I've installed it though and I'm still getting [NL] in front of everything sadly.

I'd venture to guess you didn't install the Script Extender before hand which is required...

I didn't but figured it out on my own. I forgot to look in the Requirements section before installing.

I installed Script Extender and yet I still have NLs in front of the mod's text.

can you say more explicitly what "activate it like a boss" means for those of us that are new to modding?

Yeah I get how to do the file, but that still leaves me completely confused what to write on the txt.

For all .esp files you download for this game, in order to "activate" them you have to open the plugins.txt file that is in the Data folder and add it to the list, and save. In this case, you'll open the plugins.txt file and add "Oblivifall - Something Is Definitely Not Right.esp" on a new line at the bottom, and save. This will activate the mod. Hope that helps :)

(the file path for the folder should be something like D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data but yours may be different than mine.)

This mod sounds awesome! I feel like it adds to immersion a lot. I just wish I knew how to manually install it. I don’t really know how to mod without Vortex or MO2.

Its pretty easy to install mods maually, just gotta find the file path, for instance mine is:

      C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

once you download the mod, use something like 7-zip to unpack the compressed archive and drag the .esp file into data, then you need to open the "Plugins" text document in the data folder and at the very bottom add the mod name, this one being: Oblivifall - Something Is Definitely Not Right.esp

The Plugins txt file is basically your load order, so you would want to organize it accordingly if you manually install more mods
