For anyone not being able to buy the ring from Divine Elegance in Imperial City. Just place the mod to the bottom of your load order, buy 5 rings and you can put it back to its original place. This way you will have atleast 4 spare rings if for some reason you lose one.
There is probably another mod in your plugins list that also changes the merchants inventory which leads to the ring not be purchasable.
Yeah i understood that chief i was referring to the implication of summoning other objects the same way because the only other way i've ever seen it done was with OBSE scripting not vanilla game scripts. Theres zero need for snark when i'm asking you how the heck you even accomplished this for potentially using the same method to summon other objects that would be useful. You can't rest in a chest, I can't lug stuff around in a bed.
Works if added on a existing save. But crashes the game for me if i disable mod and try to load the same save (no ring on character or any inventory) Also adds NL to shop doors in market district
Use the x64 version of the ASI loader and change the name of the file from dinput8.dll to version.dll. It wasn't working for me until I did what I just said. Now, it works perfectly.
there's some random mystic emporium edits in this mod too for some reason, which might be messing things up when running UORP, maybe, so i removed them manually in xedit. can't recall if that's the way you're supposed to do that, it has been a while after all, but i did it.
went ahead and added a few other changes: fixed the typo, lowered the cost, and increased the weight to simulate the idea that you're actually just buying a bedroll that for some reason presents itself as a ring. file's here if anyone wants it (https://drive.google.com/file/d/18yKDtokYdlPAWqc3bnIxANPG6pT-B2Z4/view?usp=drive_link). i take no credit for literally anything, all i did was type like seven characters in xedit and right click some stuff.
Great mod. Any chance you could add it so a model shows up when inspecting it? (Just a basic ring would be great.) Hate to ask but would improve quality of life a bit. Since it doesn't have a placeholder in the inspection menu it just shows the item under it by default.
Thanks, works great. Only issue. Otherwise all is good.
