its nice and well put together, i was looking at it and thought if possible 1 armor stand to display your gear and just a idea behind the throne a trap door to a hidden room possible for a coffin, or just a expansion I was swimming in the water and your foundation is deep enough to say there is more under the main room.
Yes, it looks like Niben River House is located in the same area as my house. Sorry, but I won’t be making a compatibility patch — it would take too much work to move everything. Besides, I’m happy with the current location of my house. So you’ll have to choose between the two mods.
I understand, I'll flip a coin, heads or tails, until then the hybrid mod remains, and it won't cause a crash. May I ask how long it took to make the mod? I'd like to make mods too but I don't even know where to start. I would make a 150-meter high stand with a house with a balcony on top, with a nice view, because there is no such mod on Nexus yet, but if I gave you an idea with this and you would make the high stand, many people would be happy. Thank you, have a nice day !
https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/2411 this has a balcony on top with a nice view .. so u saying there isnt a mod on nexus yet with one ... u should check this out first. the balcony is at the very tip top and its super high ..
The time it takes to make a mod really varies. It depends on your skills, knowledge of the Construction Set, understanding of your concept, and how you plan to bring it to life. This particular mod took me about 4 days to make, mostly working in the evenings. Later I ran into some technical issues that took a while to solve — but that wasn’t directly related to the mod itself.
As for a house in the form of a tower — I’m actually thinking about a similar idea myself right now. I’d like to make it in the same format as this house, without loading screens — fully in the open world, with beautiful views from balconies and windows. At the moment, I’m looking for suitable model assets to work with.
There really is such a mod , thank you , I thought I had looked at all the mods , but still not high enough , make it as high as the mountain tops then it is not 150 meters , but 1000 meters or higher , it would be icing on the cake if some kind of contraption could jump off and glide in the air...
I search the internet for tutorials , but there is really a lot of work to do to make a Mod , But I can't find a video on the internet that explains the steps from start to finish I wouldn't dare to ask you to make a video about the working process :)
Thank you for the kind feedback! To be honest, I haven’t really gotten into the scripting side of modding yet, so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to implement a quest for purchasing and furnishing the house in the future.
If you take a closer look at architectural history, you’ll notice that there’s not such a big difference between temples and mausoleums. I say this as a certified architect. At the very least, my house has windows — something you don’t usually find in mausoleums. In any case, I’m not forcing you to download my mod if it’s not your thing.
Would you consider uploading a separate version where this house is in the Shivering Isles instead? I always wanted a more posh residence there, and while there's already a Passwall shack mod, there isn't anything more upscale yet. This house would be perfect, maybe placed on the beaches of Mania?
If the creator wants to go to the extra effort, sure. I picked Mania because the Passwall shack already covers the Dementia side of things for me personally, and Mania is more similar visually to the location this is already in. It would be the easiest, basically.
Thank you for your feedback! As I mentioned above, I’m considering adding a second house in the Shivering Isles, connected to the first one by a portal. But most likely it will be a single house located somewhere in Mania. I think having two houses like this in the Isles would be a bit too much.
Holy s#*! this looks awesome. If you ever include an optional pre-decorated version I'll snag that. From the current mod, I trust your interior decor skills way more than whatever I'd come up with

Super little house only unfortunately collides with (Niben River House) mod Can they melt into each other, could they solve them side by side?

edit: Actually didn't notice any fps drop! nice!
Yeah, surprisingly, Unreal Engine loads my mod quite smoothly, without much FPS loss.
