Can I make a request? I would like to ask if you can make a mod that increases the virtues per level up to 15, and make Luck work like the other attributes, like in classic Oblivion. But the only reason why you couldn't add more than one to Luck in the original Oblivion is that it had no associated skills, which is no longer a problem.
If there's only one way to do something, they shouldn't be allowed to claim mod theft when someone else does it. Otherwise this whole modding thing would be impossible.
I second this. While taking his mod as is would be mod theft, recreating it is not mod theft. They don't have any right to programming a game to do something specific. They only have a right to the code they themselves programmed. So I someone doing the same thing without taking that modder's mod would not be doing mod theft. It would instead be being inspired by a good idea and doing it yourself too.
Don't know why but this worked for one gaming session but now when I load my game it's back to only being able to train something five times :/
EDIT: The esp seems to have removed itself from the data folder. Not sure how that could have happened but I noticed it was missing so I put it back. wierd.
After my game crashed I am no longer able to use this mod either. Though I have already done 5 trainings this level. Will check if it functions again after leveling up.
open gamepass and right click the game, click files and browse. choose OblivionRemastered/content/dev/obvdata/data. drag and drop the .esp and add the name as is in the plugins.txt and dont forget to save.
If i already trained 5 times before adding this do i need to level up again before it will be effective? it's still telling me i have trained the max of 5/5 times.
Took all of 2 days. I'm amazed at you mod authors. This was one I was hoping for, thank you. Now all I gotta do is d/l the game.
I do recall having an issue with overtraining with the original mod in the original game. I believe it was around 125, but I can't recall if it was a game issue or conflict with another mod. I have to see if I can find my old notes.
If i remember correctly, vanilla Oblivion's "over level" was a diminishing returns thing. You can also enchant your stuff to push you over "max" as Im sure you know. LOL I just remember some attributes and skills turning red once you went too far over. And wasn't there an issue with too much chameleon too? Or that you had to have OVER 100 percent to get 100 percent? Gah memories.

The problem is that he has closed permissions. Specifically "You are not allowed to convert this file to work on other games under any circumstances"
And any mod doing the same thing would likely handle it the same way he did, meaning there could be accusations of mod theft.

ESP is still in the data folder for me.
Thanks!
