will I still run into the conjurer enemy type often?
Nothing was changed about the generic Conjurer spawns. Only the one that randomly attacks you at the start of the game was relocated to Vindasel and stays there waiting for you.
I don’t know if anyone has listed these elsewhere, but this mod necessarily has conflicts with Stronger Bosses 2, the CDScrolls part of Connors teleportation, Ascension and Balanced NPC Level Cap — for which there is a patch —, Hooded Outlaws, NPCs Come to Life Naiad Edition, and Daedric Blood. I use these mods, and so I’ve made a mass patch. It’s highly unlikely anyone else uses this exact combination, but if anyone uses these, I just wanted to drop the info here.
The conflicts are not game-breaking, just whichever mod is lower in your load order will win the override. For example: if you want these tomes to show up on necromancers, and you use Hooded Outlaws with Conjurers and Necromancer’s, you should place this mod below them. You’ll just have a few conjurers or necromancers without hoods.
Really, I think every modder should learn how to patch.
It's impossible to patch everything and every combination of mods. Also a conjurer or necromancer with a hood means that they are a boss NPC, so regular conjurers and necromancers shouldn't be hooded.
I’m not complaining; I’m just sharing information in case anyone has those mods. I agree, mod authors can’t account for, and patch for everything. That’s why I think end-user modders should learn to do so, so they can patch for their particular load order. As for hoods, I am of the firm opinion that all mages, thieves, assassins, and bandits should be hooded. Personal preference.
