This mod is finished, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I use it in my own playthrough and don’t plan to make any more changes.
Thanks for all the feedback and suggestions - I appreciate everyone's interest and comments. For those who prefer a more zoomed-out camera that shows the whole character, here's an alternate version: Improved Camera (Hogwarts Legacy & The Witcher 3 Style)
We need a version of this that is zoomed out by a more significant distance. With a more zoomed out distance, the player can use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom back in a distance that suits them whereas the current alternate zoom version is limited to a mere few meters behind the standard version. This would be a catch all solution for ALL players who don't want to play zoomed in or who like to play zoomed in while in combat, but more zoomed out while travelling on horses etc.
The mod was fully functional as of V1 to be honest, everything since then have been refinements, better calculation of values between near and far cameras, making sure offset changes do not prevent you from hitting enemies on the crosshair etc. which require extensive testing.

Don't get me wrong I can play with the camera being where it is (as far back as possible) but I'd like it just a little bit more back if possible.
Love the mod, firesyrup!
