What plugin contains the cataclysm armor? AltarDeluxe I'm assuming? And you edited these values in TES4Edit, right? Because the construction kit hangs when trying to open it.
Would be able to convert the heavy version of the cataclysm armor to light? and adjust the weight to reflect the original light version but keep the defenses of the heavy? And leave the pieces unenchanted?
It has nothing to do with the mod but I can teach you how, it's very simple with TES4EDIT and it will take you 30 minutes. Let me know if you're interested.
1) Open tes4edit and double click on 'altarDelux.esp'. Now in tes4edit, click on +altarDeluxe 2) open the section 'armor', look the name of editorID and with shift left, select all parts of armors cataclysm 3) click right and choice 'copy overwide (whrite overwriting) into...' 4) now a popup display and you can choise with 3 options for create the esp of your mod, select first option ->'esp file' and choice a name. 5) Now go on your +new mod and go on +'armor' section. 6) with ctrl, select 1 version ligth and 1 version heavy of the same level (exemple DEMLightBootsCataclysm6 and DEMHeavyBootsCataclysm6). 7) now look the Data section on the right bottom, you need change the value armor. Click on the left value (7.5) and slide on the rigth for replace the ligth armor value (5). and if you want the health of armor also with the same method. 8) and now you just need repeat this opération for all part a armor version you want. And save offcourse.
Don't hesitate to contact me if you need anything. My english can be very difficult at times.
Yes, I was surprised that it wasn't enchanted. Afterwards, given his power + the fact of gaining a set of weapons and armor quite quickly, the difficulty balance takes a hit (I was still in iron armor when I got it the first time). It's probably out of caution that they left it like that. Personally, I found it a shame, so I put some good penalties on it for those of low level, and it's consistent with the fact that it's a Daedra gift.

You can find the different ID names effect here: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Magical_Effects
But if you have a specific idea, I can try.
