Oblivion Remastered Wilderness Overhaul (ORWO) is a mod with the sole focus of completely overhauling the wilderness of all of Cyrodiil. Experience all new creatures and current creatures like never before. Featuring multiple new enemies and mini-bosses to find across your travels throughout Cyrodiil.

Description


  • ORWO is a total overhaul of everything wilderness within Cyrodiil. Every wilderness leveled list has been touched and edited. New creatures, Improved current creatures, implementation of player level scaling, mini-bosses and more. 

  • Creatures will see an increased spawn pool. Each creature has it's own leveled list spawn pool with a chance to spawn from 1-4, depending on the creature. No more will you constantly see one lone wolf or one mudcrab. Now wolves stick together in packs, rarely will you find one on it's own. 

  • You can now encounter bandits in your travels or skeletons while traveling the roads. Find Goblins patrolling the wilderness. Each region has been carefully crafted to ensure uniqueness in every moment. New creatures have new combat styles. Mini Bosses have a chance to be found in the world. They are challenging foes, but offer great rewards.

  • Visit the swamps of Blackwood where the dead walk, discover wandering hordes of zombies, wandering conjurers, new enemies such as the Lost Souls, mini-bosses such as the Night Screamer and more!

  • Visit the Jerall Mountains where you'll find packs of vicious Snow Wolves, herds of plentiful mountain sheep, skeletons walking the roads, and bears, plus mountain lions blocking your path.

  • Travel the plains and farmlands and discover wandering horses, freely galloping across the landscape.

  • Hunt special deer and boar known as "Trophy animals" for their high coin hides. They aren't easy to find but you can't miss them when you see them. 

  • Wander the lakes and beaches and watch as the many small mudcrabs run out of your path, but be wary of their larger counterparts. Maybe if you're lucky (or unlucky) you'll stumble across the great King Mud Crab!

  • Travel up the mountains and traverse the forests to have a chance to stumble across a grand battle with a Spriggan Matriarch, Devastating Troll, or even a Gargoyle! 


List of major notable changes:
Larger Bears: Speed changes, price pelt changes
Mudcrabs: Small Docile mudcrabs, larger stronger mudcrabs, and a rare chance to find land dreughs and King Mudcrabs.
Land Dreughs: have a light reduction in size, faster
Slaughterfish: Smaller, also featuring an even smaller variant known as a "Slaughterfish Fry"
Rats: added to roads, featuring a new variant "Field Rat", very fast and very small.
Night Screamer: New miniboss found in the swamps of blackwood
Gargoyle: New miniboss found in the mountains of Cyrodill
Devastating Troll: Absolutely devastating miniboss, Huge in size, found in the mountains and some plains of Cyrodill
Snow Wolves: New type of wolf, only found in the Jerall Mountains
Wild Horses: Found in farmlands and long expansive plains, Only found together, never alone.
Bandits, Skeletons, and Conjurers: Found along the roads of Cyrodiil
Lost Souls: A new enemy found only in the swamps of blackwood
Trophy Spawns: New animals such as the Trophy Buck and Trophy Boar can be hunted and have their hides sold for high coin
Increased Spawns: More than just one imp or one wolf. Most spawn pools now feature a sliding between 1 and 4  and will always spawn differently. Sometimes 1, 2 , 3, or even 4, depending on the creature.
Goblins: now goblins can be found hunting in the wilderness, potentially alone or even in numbers as high as 3
Wolves: come in packs of up to 4 now and are slightly smaller and faster. Timber wolves only spawn as one. They are lone wolves.
Leveling: All wilderness creatures have had level lock removed. No more waiting till level 3 to encounter imps or waiting till level 5 to encounter timber wolves. It's all right there, as soon as you exit the sewers.
Scaling: creatures now scale with you, to ensure keeping fights always interesting.
Spriggan Matriarch: a new enemy found in the forested regions of Cyrodiil. They are much larger in size to normal spriggans and much more powerful.
Troll Grunt: Found where trolls can be found. They are a much weaker and smaller variant of the troll and do not have regenerating health.
King Mud Crab: New miniboss with a small chance to be found anywhere where mud crabs may spawn.
Pelts: Some pelts have been altered in value.

Ebony Warrior: New Boss with a rare chance of spawning in the game world from level 18 onwards. Very strong, but rewarding in the end.

Hides: All animals now feature hides, horses carry horse meat.


MUST WAIT 72 hours in separate cell before changes take place.
