Why ask why? It's just personal preference and taste. Being different is not being wrong. People have different backgrounds and perspectives. What is the purpose of baby oil? It protects skin. Our skin is constantly exposed to harmful UV and dirt and dry air. Millions of people use it because it feels good. It calms and reduces skin irritation. When you go see a masseur, the first step is to undress and put body oil all over. I know a lot of women put moisturizing lotion to keep their skin moist and look healthy and well-managed all day long. When your skin glows, it sends a message to people around you that you maintain your personal health and hygiene so well and it is a well-known fact that people are attracted to healthy individuals. Also, a glowing skin ariticially creates an illusion that you are somehow rich and affluent because you look like you just stepped outside of a massage shop after a prolonged skincare session. When you're sick or stressed out, the first thing that you can notice is your skin gets dried and looks terrible. People of Cyrodiil is no different. It's a really simple logic and comes from a very basic instinct. It's just a part of human culture. I personally don't endorse it, but I understand why people love it.
oily skin only makes people think person is sweating, greasy, ill or everything combined, quite the opposite of normal skin. I know women keep making themselves look like greasy cheeseburger, doesn't mean it's actually attractive. Same way they keep butchering themselves with plastic surgeries and fillers. No hate for the mod tho, I guess if some people prefer that, have at it
I respect your opinion. As I said, people’s brain circuits are all uniquely wired by the culture and living environment that there’s no right or wrong here. What’s totally acceptable in the US can be extremely offensive in Japan and vice versa. I like cheeseburgers btw 🤣

Hi. Thanks for the info. I am already aware of it. Other races have 0, but only nord young males have 0.5 making it difficult to make them shiny. I already modified the MIC but The thing is I can’t import the json to the project. I used JsonAsAsset plugin, but no luck. I am stuck. :( Misberave already did it, but I cannot figure it out on my own.
