I know i'm most likely doing something wrong but the Encumbrance addon doesn't seem to work at all for me, the carry limit is displayed correctly and i still get the notification that i'm over encumbered, but my characters speed isn't reduced and i can continue moving around like normal, tried moving it around in the load order to no avcail, any tips on what could be causing this?
Yeah, it was definitely finicky trying to get it to work myself as well. If you could try adding the line "TH_WeightOverhaul_Encumbrance : 1" into your 'ue4ss\Mods\mods.txt' file, that could potentially help.
Worst case, you could add the following to your Altar.ini: [/Script/UE5AltarPairing.VOblivionInitialSettings] DefaultStrengthEncumbranceMult=2

I really appreciate the effort with the patches. However, even with the patches, my balanced unlevelled rewards weapons are having their damage nerfed by 50% or more. Without the patches the nerfing is even worse so they are having an effect, just not retaining the values as it should. Chillrend for example has a damage of 14 for me by default. If I install the mod with the patches, it's 7; without the patches, it drops to 4.
If you are able to figure this out I would gladly use and endorse this mod!
I tried putting this mod and patches before, after, and between Ascension and Balanced Unleveled Rewards. I even tried rearranging the patches of this mod, but nothing worked. Either this mod would not have an effect, or the damage would be nerfed.

If you can't provide a mod list and/or load order, there's nothing I can do for you. I've confirmed multiple times in xEdit and in-game that Chillrend's damage values are as intended in all of my patches.
I'm having similar issues with the weight changes being ineffective, i've posted my load order below(I used LOOT for load order sorting so it may or may not be optimal):

Anything else that directly changes specific items would also override it, such as "TwoHandReach.esp", "DeluxeDLCArmorAndWeaponsHasValue.esp" (though you don't seem to be using my Deluxe patch anyway), "Nascent - Archery Overhaul.esp", "Lighter Arrows", and "RobesUnlocker" (though robe weights weren't changed much to begin with).
There could also be conflicting overrides in some of the patches that are loaded after mine, such as "Patch-UORP-BalancedUnleveledRewards.esp", but I'd have to check them to know for sure.
If "DBArmorBountyVLV3.esp" adds a script onto the armor pieces, that would make it incompatible.
"ImperialPalaceArmor.esp" and "BetterImperialDragonArmor.esp" I believe make normally unplayable armors available, which would override any changes I made to them. Though I'm unsure if I changed them to begin with.
I can probably look into making patches for some of these when I have time, if someone else doesn't.

Arrows range from 0.025 to 0.030 each, depending on the material. That'll be shown as 0 in the game. It'd definitely be nice if the game showed the total weight of a stack, rather than individual.

The mod you linked doesn't appear to need a patch. It doesn't touch the items themselves, it just removes the low level versions from the reward lists and adds scripts to replace any you already have.

Okay so I made a couple patches, feel free to add them to your optional files if you'd like! I'll message you a google drive link. Patches are for Extended Weapon Range, a patch for EWR and your Deluxe edition, and a patch for EWR+Ascension+Weight Overhaul+Your Deluxe Edition.
I'm holding off on releasing a patch for EWR for now, due to how many issues and inconsistencies people are reporting. If they're not fixed soon, I'll look into releasing an equivalent and provide patches for that.
Yea I noticed some weirdness with stuff like bows having a reach of 1 when it was 0 by default. I just left all the values alone assuming there was a reason for it.

i dont know which one from those three making the crash im still using same plugin.txt, just replacing the files (still using oblivion old version v.0.411.140.0) revert using last version files work normal
I'm unable to replicate any crashes with this load order, assuming you have the Deluxe Edition of the game (AltarDeluxe.esp). The 1.0.1 version of the Balanced Unleveled Rewards (Ascension) patch had a potential crash due to an accidental dependency on another file, but 1.0.2 doesn't appear to have any issues.
