This is truly excellent, it's shocking how many settings in the INI for default Remastered are completely broken. Lumen & Nanite & even freaking motion blur can crash the game real quick.

Have you experimented with seeing what other settings you can add to this & keep it stable like the audio enhancements & visual enhancements, etc outside of lumen.

I'd love to see this expanded because it's made all the difference for me. Thank you for doing it. :)

Thanks for the help, my brother got an error message saying he only had 4 cores, which isn't true, and the game wouldn't start. Thanks to your ini, it works now without any problems :D

Google translate of description to English:
Engine.ini file for quad-core CPU owners who can't run Oblivion Remastered.I've tried tons of settings, optimizations, and different .ini files, but I've never been able to get the game to run on my PC.I have an RX 3060 12GB graphics card and an i5-6600K processor (quad-core).So I asked ChatGPT to create an Engine.ini file for my hardware configuration, with a constant 60 FPS and maxed graphics. He created this Engine.ini file, which miraculously runs the game flawlessly.Everything works perfectly with all settings on ULTRA ;)

So I'm sharing it with you today :)

Sorry if I am not familiar enough since I don't use ChatGPT much, but how would ChatGPT know this? Presumably crawling the internet and finding someone's recent post that you weren't able to find, and then regurgitating their settings? I am glad it worked for you, though.

yep, probably just pulling from other ue5 engine.ini files lol
Also is the "Permissions and credits" section even accurate since this is just provided by ChatGPT which obviously works by pulling from other sources?

Hi, I made this request wrote the "deep search" feature, don chat GPT searched all existing configuration files, went through various threads, did some more research and then synthesized what he found to finally create this file that works Hi, I made this request wrote the "deep search" feature, don chat GPT searched all existing configuration files, went through various threads, did some more research and then synthesized what he found to finally create this file that works for me and others.for me and others.

I tried doing a similar strategy with ChatGPT inspired by this post and that .ini REALLY fucked up my game. No permanent damage but it was not playable with the .ini it generated. Bravo that this apparently works.

Weirdly enough...this ini did boosted FPS, tested near the Player Owned Shack in the water front district in IC and went from 34 FPS to 42 FPS . It also lowers CPU usage by a mile, i can see my whole CPU usage stays between 40-50%. Not sure if this is good or bad, but it does seems to boost FPS.

On a side note... you really REALLY should upgrade at least to a i7 6700 (non k) or preferably to an i7 7700k. I had a Core i5 6500 and it was bottlenecking my GTX 1070, just by upgrading to a 7700k, i saw over 40% FPS performance lift with the same GPU. I'm guessing your RTX 3060 is being insanely CPU Bottlenecked, and far far worse than my GTX 1070. Since the 6600k barely Clocks at 3.8 - 3.9 Ghz with only 4 Threads, while the i7 7700k clocks to 4.5Ghz with 8 Threads. It should be a decent and cheap upgrade without having to swap the whole Motherboard, RAM & CPU.

In any case, i don't understand how ChatGPT could build a ini from scratch, even less the fact that it's actually working... So i'm going to endorse, because at the end of the day it's working... for some weird reason.

What he means cant run. I run it fine on my i7 4 core 8 threads. Just everytime before loada game it shows notification window that i kinda dont meat minimum reqs. But just press ok and game runs. Would it run better with this fine then default?
What it i allready using some optimization mod

Same here, i7 7700k. I get that small notification that my CPU is only 4 Native Cores, but i just click OK and the game runs fine with GTX 1070 on Medium Settings. High if i use Balanced or Performance FSR.
