Ok, there are lots of requests for "more containers, yo!". I hear you, I'm listening so I'm stickying this post for a few days to help me gather feedback from everyone. Bear in mind, another container will result in another spell in your spellbook. Reply to this if you want to me to add another container, tell me the type that you want and I'll add it in (I'm not adding summonable dead rats!!). For the rest of you out there that are saying you only want the summonable X, I've uploading optional files that will add in ONLY a single container. One file for each of the containers. That way if we end up loads of summonable stuff in the main mod, you can always pick and choose the summonable stuff you want.
Well, looking at the available vanilla container types, I'd like to see a summonable sack, dresser, and/or maybe hollow tree stump if those would be doable. I know some people don't like having a bunch of extra spells in their spellbook though. It doesn't really bug me personally, but I can understand others' point of view on it.
I have another request if possible. A selection of smaller containers, like sack, open sack, lectern, ayleid cask, covered pot, and ofc jewelry box ( I know you have that already) but available as an all in one summon, so one spell to do a layout of containers. If not an all in one spell, an alternative mod for the smaller storage options? (to not bloat the main file)
Any chance for a scroll version with the simple chest summon? Probably much how you feel mods that kill item weight aren't really "right" I feel having a virtually infinitely summonable storage box with low cost and no gating not quite right. I realize this sounds critical so let me say I really appreciate the mod and think it's an awesome idea I want to use, but having a scroll I actually need to spend gold on and remember to stock up on just feels more fair to me, while also adding a layer of adventure prep that feels neat.
I'm good with the current setup but I would love to request a Version that adds all the summon objects to a single spell to clean up my spell tab more so I don't have 5 or 6 extra spells for the same function and allow for me to quickly organize my gear without having to summon them individually, thank you mod author keep up the good work.
Oh and if you could change the Spell icon to be something other than the Eye that all these modded spells use to have the conjuration one that would be a nice bonus.
If it's possible, a little portal that opens a pocket dimension would be neat, rather than a chest. It could hover in the air too so there would be less incidents of it clipping into the floor.
Just wanted to ask this question but the whole thing has already been started. Instead of more containers, I would prefer something standardised. I have no idea how much you can manipulate/change the models - but the chest, crate and barrel are the best for me, but another variant would be nice (colour, texture). The little jewellery box is terrible - too small, sinks 2/3 into the ground and is difficult to place. For example, one chest is blue, another is red so that you can sort your stuff.
Hozzdutch, could you make a little camp that you can plop down in front of dungeons or whatever? I'd like a little tent, campfire, bedroll, and container to plop down so I can, "camp", while exploring dungeons, shuffle the loot outside, and go back to exploring.
The Magic Chest will sometimes not load items that you've placed in it. Then later they'll pop up again, or sometimes on a reload they pop up again. Old mod did not do this.
This is likely the same age-old glitch with containers that don't like things having "HP" and being in stacks. Items that aren't at 100/100 durability and are in stacks cause other things to just disappear. The items are still there... they just aren't visible at that moment. It's been an issue with containers since OGblivion.
Thank you for creating this mod. For some reason my summon barrel spell was removed from my list of spells. Can someone provide the spell ID so I can add it back? Thanks!
OK everything works (I left my original message below). It took about a minute and a half to tell me I now have the summons. But all is well. Thank you. I'm very excited to use this!
OK this mod half works.
I installed today. I saw "magic barrel went back to the ether" etc. When it was done, I looked through my spells and there are no spells to summon any of the magic storage items.
One thing I'm using is a mod that summons other things (shadow cat, shadow wolf). Could there be a problem there? I can't imagine that we couldn't use any other magical summons mods.
Great mod, thank you. This is likely a fringe request, but could you make the magicka costs 0 for these spells? This would help with Atronach birth sign builds not having to waste mana on them, and I believe would prevent potentially unwanted conjuration skill leveling by using them (since I read somewhere that skill xp scales with spell mana cost).
Thank you for this mod. I was looking to use your old mod today and saw this. You've offered a lot of options, and you've offered them separately to appeal to requests. Thank you for that!
I mean as a shop staple. Something cheap you'd buy in a batch before going out adventuring. Certainly less convenient but adds a certain layer of "delving prep" that I would personally appreciate. I just feel a free spell you can essentially use without limit basically renders the weight and encumberance systems in the game completely moot. This way the mod could work alongside that system without mothballing it.
Humm, does anyone have problems with the magic crate? My stuff disappeared (no worry, nothing important). The chest is ok but IDK if this is because crate restores its content from time to time or if this is something with summoning several storages at the same time. Any clues? Now I'm afraid of using other spell different from magic chest XD (not a big problem, but sorting stuff is a hell with just one storage)
I really like the concept and would love to use it, but i also dislike the absence of an option to get the spells organically. Either finding tomes or learning them from a mage would be fine.
I'd rather not be forced to have 6 forced spells in my already long list.

Great idea though, keep it up.
