added extra effect to give Atronach Birthsign slow regen instead of non, made as a personal mod until someone comes up with a better way to do it.
Second version with reduced Magicka bonus to 100
For new games Just install and put after any mods that effect birthsigns in load order.

Ideal process for installing mid playthrough
- if you're already using Atronach use Showbirthsignmenu and change to another sign(mage is probably safest)
- make a save
- install mod
- change to Atronach using Showbirthsignmenu.
Known possible issues mid playthoughs(if you didn't use the ideal process)
- on first install if your character is already Atronach, you will get rapid regen untill you reselect using Showbirthsignmenu
- 100 magicka version you must change your birthsign before installation. when you change the birthsign it seems that it removes the effects based on the record, not the active effects, and since there's no record of a 150bonus, it will leave that active effect.
- If you have another mod that effects atronach before installing this one, you may get similar problems to the above.
