when looking at a npc or ur character from a distance or just looking at someone without being in dialogue with them there face looks blurry or pixelated ? any wonder why this is ? but when i talk to someone or look at my characters face close up it looks fine. please help ?
ty for mod, but having trbl getting it to work, description says to put it just in paks folder and not ~mods folder inside of that, is this correct? i was under the impression that pak mods needed to go inside the ~mods folder inside the pak folder. and some mods have a folder that has the paks inside. either way alot of other pak mods ive installed say to go into the ~mods folder sometimes loose or inside a seperately named folder with the paks in them. just looking for clarification as all the ways ive tried the freckles do not look like the pictures and i much prefer your textures over vanilla. ty i do have some skin mods but nothing that says it specifically replaces make up. this one may be a conflict tho https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/445?tab=files
Love these so much, especially #3 which looks sooo much more natural. However, I have had some issues of dark elves and some high elves having almost white freckles. I'm not sure if it's this mod or just how the game handles freckles, but I've spoken to a few NPCs where their freckles appear light, and lighten their skin where the freckles are which looks pretty odd. It's the most common on dark elves.

First of all, absolutely love this mod, v3 is just *chefs kiss*, you've done an awesome job. However I have noticed that some NPCs must use a lighter version of the freckles? I've noticed it on just some Altmer NPCs thus far (Ungarion being most pronounced, but visible to on Carahil and Aryarie). Testing it in the CC the player has the darker freckle colour, as do some other Altmer NPCs (Eilonwy has the darker colour). I have no idea what the files look like on the back end, so I don't know if a fix is possible, but it only seems to affect a few NPCS so it's definitely not a big issue, just pretty jarring when you do run into them lol.
It's probably because of the freckles slider, which makes freckles more transparent for them. Vanilla one was very dense, which could make them more pronounced despite the slider. I'll take a look at my free time and see if I can fix it.

I still use it tho since the armor covers it up nicely.
