having a problem with Team Moki's "Oblivion Stability Enhancer and Stutter Remover for Windows 10" ...
I start the video with the new OSR ini installed, notice that OBSE does not launch the game anymore, then I put back the original OSR ini and everything is fine again ...
Suggestions are welcome here :)

If the game can't launch with the exact settings from inside the new INI, then perhaps these settings as a whole aren't ideal for your specific system, and some of them need changed?
If you frequent the file page, you'll notice there's regularly updates and/or changes coming out. So I for one won't exactly consider the then-current settings at any point as "the" already-final best solution for every person's hardware, system or game.

At this moment I'm prepairing my AKE update and I need a running game to make some vids and pics but after I will have a new look at this new OSR ....
Well, your OBSE Loader log at least looks fine to me. Maybe there's some more inside the OBSE log. I just wish there was some more straightforward way to debug crashes, a dedicated error log perhaps, but no, there isn't.
But it's just an INI file, the "same" OSR just with new settings. They just don't yet work with every user's environments.
I for one also am not using it so far, but because I'm on Win 8.1 and not Win 10. There's other sources with different suggestions I can try out, if I want to further optimize my game on my system with my hardware.
